Holy Trinity Enrichment and Aftercare

Hours of Operation: The after school program is open 5 days a week Monday through Friday from 7AM-8AM and then again from 11AM-6PM. The school calendar is followed so there is no daycare during Christmas break or spring break. During inclement weather and the school is closed daycare will be closed. This will be posted on the TV stations and generally an email/text will go out via our REMIND system. On half-days of school, daycare will remain open during normal hours of operation.

Cost: Daycare is charged on an hourly basis by the ¼ hour. Cost is $5 for one child with an additional $4 for the 2nd child and $3 for subsequent children attending during the same time period. There is a sign-in sheet at the time of arrival and whoever picks up the child (must be a parent or an authorized release is needed) records the time and signs the sheet. The school office will send a bill every two weeks via student Friday folders. Payment is expected before the next bill arrives. Families in arrears for payment more than 30 days will not be allowed to use this service until full payment is received.

Rest Time:  Preschoolers that attend after morning class will have a scheduled rest time after lunch. We recommend you send in a small blanket and pillow. We provide small cots for rest time.

Meals:  Preschoolers have the option to have hot lunch through the Holy Trinity (via West Catholic) hot lunch program. Payments are made through your Infinite Campus account. Cost is $3 per day and includes milk. Students may also bring a cold lunch and purchase milk for 50¢. The program provides for daily snacks.

Activities: There are daily activities for all students. Older students may choose to use this time to complete homework. Students go outside daily if the weather permits.

Donations: Donations are always accepted, especially paper products, games, books, and art supplies.
