Before School Childcare

This program opens at 7AM and runs until 7:50AM, students are then allowed to walk over to the big school building. This program is open to all students, preschool through 8th grade, and is run in the early childhood center. Interested in enrolling your child in our school? Call us today!

Extended Preschool and Childcare

This program begins at 11AM immediately after the dismissal of the morning preschool classes. The extended preschool program has a set schedule that provides enrichment time, play time, free time and snack time. Parents can choose the days and time this opportunity is needed. The students may choose from the hot lunch program or bring their own lunch from home.

After School Care

This program runs directly after school until 6PM. The program is designed to meet the needs of students preschool through grade 6 and offers appropriate activities for each grade level. A snack is provided after school. There are indoor activities scheduled as well as outdoor play time depending on the weather. A homework area is also designated for the older students.

Staff

All staff is hired by Holy Trinity School and have had the proper background checks. Each staff member is required to take additional courses throughout the year for professional development and safety. The following includes their requirement:

• 16 hours of professional development in early childhood related topics
• Current CPR and first aid certification
• Protecting God’s children (Virtus) trained
• Criminal background check
• Medical clearance
• Bloodborne pathogen training
• State mandators of reporting any child abuse or neglect

Cost

The cost of the childcare program is $5 per hour. An additional charge of $4 is added for the second child and $3 for each additional student. Parents are required to sign students in and out. The school bills for daycare every two weeks.

For additional information, a daycare handbook is given to each family once a student is registered in daycare.
