Join Our Mileage Club to Boost Your Child's Fitness

Holy Trinity School is excited to partner with 5/3 Bank once again to offer the Mileage Club® for students in grades K-8. This fun and active program encourages students to stay fit while boosting their academic performance.

How the Mileage Club® Works

• A special course is set up during lunchtime where students walk 3 times a week.
• After each lap, students have their Mileage Club card punched, tracking their progress and encouraging them to keep moving toward their fitness goals.

The Benefits of Exercise

Studies have shown that regular physical activity helps improve brain function and enhances academic performance. Mileage Club® gives students the chance to get the "wiggles" out and return to class feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to learn. Teachers, principals, and parents all see the positive effects of physical activity on students' engagement and success in the classroom.

Special Opportunities

• 5 Miles or More: Students who walk 5 miles or more are eligible to participate in the 5/3 Junior Walk—an exciting event that promotes health and fitness. Best of all, this event is free of charge for eligible participants.

• Last year, over 40% of the student body participated, and we hope even more students will join in this year!
